All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the cost of your scheduled service. A deposit is required for all services, with the exception of recurring injections or IM injections.
Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as no shows, no calls, or missed appointments, will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee or forfeiture of the appointment deposit, as applicable.
